About Reboot Education

Reboot Education is a new alternative education provision that opened in January 2024.

Reboot Education provides an off site alternative provision for children in Key Stages 2, 3 and 4. Children can attend for between 1 and 3 days per week. 

Whilst at our provision children will develop and learn a range of computer skills that will help them engage in future learning and improve their future employment prospects. The children will also take part in a range of social activities,  and therapeutic interventions. 

The two Directors of Education are both qualified teachers, who between them have over 45 years of experience. One has over 11 years experience as a headteacher, the other has over 10 years experience as a Deputy Headteacher and SENCo.

Both our Directors of Education have spent the majority of their careers working in schools that serve some of the most deprived and challenging areas in Suffolk.  

The Directors of Education are supported by a highly skilled Student Support Assistanta. 

Our purpose is setting up Reboot Education is to give young people the opportunity to develop self-belief and growth.

Our core values are the 3R's;

• Reintegrate,
• Rediscover.

We want to help rebuild pupil's confidence and self-belief. Through doing this, we aim to support schools in successfully reintegrating the pupils who have worked with us back into mainstream education and therefore allowing the pupils to rediscover the joys of learning and the rewards it presents.
