Co-CEO & Director of Education: Mr Paul Arch
Paul has over 11 years experience as a Headteacher in several schools across Suffolk. The schools that Paul led all had much higher than the national averages of pupils with special educational needs and social emotional behavioural needs.
In total Paul has over 25 years of experience working in Suffolk schools and as well as being a very experienced senior leader, he also has a passion for IT and how it can be used to inspire, support and enhance pupils learning.
As well as leading on Reboot Educations' curriculum, Paul is also the Alternative Designated Safeguarding Leader.
Co-CEO & Director of Inclusion: Mrs Viv Hunt
Viv has over 21 years working in both primary and middle schools. The last 10 years experience as a senior leader in schools across Suffolk and Norfolk. Like Paul, Viv has worked in schools with a higher than the national averages of pupils with special educational needs and social emotional behavioural needs.
Viv is also a qualified SENCo with 10 years experience in this role. She has a real passion for inclusion and working with the most vulnerable pupils.
As well as leading on Reboot Educations' Inclusion services, Viv is also our Designated Safeguarding Leader.
