Tech Tribe - Computer Club
Welcome to Tech Tribe
Tech Tribe Computer Club is for children aged 7 to 16 years old, who enjoy using computers and like learning how to do creative things on them and with other forms of technology. We will have activities like coding challenges, programme microcomputers to make them do fun things, designing items and printing on a 3D printer or our cricut machine, making short-animated films, designing games and more. We will also have some board-games to play, as we know often children who enjoy technology and problem solving, also enjoy board-games.
This is a safe space for children who enjoy these activities to meet like minded children, make friends, develop their confidence and most importantly have fun.

we are located at The Coach House, Gymnasium Street, Ipswich, IP13NX. The entrance to our building is located directly opposite the read entrance to the COES department store on Norwich Road.

We do not unfortunately have an onsite car park, however there is a public car park on South Street (off Orford Road), that is a minutes walk to our base. Payment at the car park is cash or by the MIPermit App. 30 minutes will cost 60p. Please do not park in Coes car park, as they may fine you.

We are also on the Ipswich Buses No. 7 route with a stop on Orford Road, less than a minutes walk from the bus stop.

Our base is a 2 storey building with a staircase leading to the first level. We do not unfortunately have a lift. with our small, but well equipped computer area is located on the first floor. We have laptops, Raspberry Pi computers, a 3D printer and a Cricut machine and some programmable mini computers and Crumble kits.

Downstairs we have a dinning table, where children will be able to play games together and have a small snack if they wish. Our toilet and kitchen area are also located on the ground floor.
